i am in Arizina ,but up in the mountains at 7000 ft. above sea level. Not the Arizona of high shaperal that most kiwis think about. So Summer temps here very nice high 70's low 80's F.
but just trave an hour in any dorection and thoes Temps climb bery high very quickly. High yesterday in Phoenix was 112F YUK. Our houses up here in Flagstaff don't even have air cond. but our winters can get a bit rough. We ger rightaround 100 inches od snow a year and temps not that cold but yes they do get to the Zero F occationaly, sorry i don't know the C conversions

hi karl do you have earthquakes in your area,..one of the biggest ones happened in the lower south island yesterday 7.8, thats monstrous but no damage, amazing.
I had a look for the thread in that other place but keep dozing off too early,. so I miss them, and when I get up in the mornings Im usually too busy to come over,... but Ill try harder next time ok!

I felt the earthquake last night, got a jolt and lots of shuddering movement for quite a while.

got an earthquake report from little sister in west port. she said she was at her puter and just sat there thinking it was going on to long and had to stop soon. never occured to her to get under the desk like in school days until it was all over. yeah we all think better after the fact i guess.
yeah misilon great place up there, first time i did the all the way round the lake was when i was just 13 in boyscouts. love that and similar places. love the outdoors and it's challanges. so much more predictable than the challanges i got right now for sure

hi buck...what are you doing in flagstaff arizona? my advice is listen to lots of leadbelly, charlie patton , jimmie hendrix and bill monroe so as to not excite the rednecks too much....also try nat king cole's route 66 and hit the highway asap.

funny you should say rout 66. the longest piece of rout 66 still in use goes right through Flagstaff. Like our main street.
Doing here, usuall thing working and living, just not doing very good job of things latly

Hey Misi. I would not worry about TM. it is full of creeps and jerkoffs and unclean little people looking for cheap washing machines because they feel so dirty inside. and the rest are snoops for repo firms and the national party. all in all its a black hole of cyber space that never stops sucking.
