Hey groovers - how are you? Sorry long time no hear. We've just come back from up North. It is pretty cold in the South in comparison! We are in final countdown mode. Selling stuff, moving stuff, shipping stuff and chucking out stuff. We've got three weekends left in the country. It's pretty scary!

Good to see you back Koko, hope the writing went well apart from the spelling Graham was writing a letter on the computer this morning and I came on to find we had a new toolbar (which I hastily got rid of) .. he reckoned he went to do a spellcheck and this Alot thing appeared from nowhere, even installed itself (yeah right, lol with a bit of help) ;D

Hey peeps - it's pretty gloomy down here. I'm hoping to head North for a bit more of summer before we depart. We're on countdown now and it's pretty much down to the wire in this household. Oh well ... what is new. Our place is starting to look empty-ish but it's still too full for my liking. Hope all is well with you.

Ditto Sparrow (the well being greetings) I guess some sadness is creeping into the family amongst all the excitement of new discoveries and adventures. Saying goodbye to family and friends is hard even when the loved one are moving 'next door' to Australia, I can't imagine how it would be if they were going as far as Europe. Enjoy your time up north and down south

Exciting sparrow, good to hear you're getting sorted house wise i think that would be the most stressful thing about making the big move, what to take, what to leave, getting rid of all your stuff....we humans are obsessed with stuff aren't we. I'm trying really hard in the new place not to gather too much stuff! Anyway you enjoy your time up north I'm sure you will and keep us posted

We are all excited for sparrow and sad also. Counting down has been really horrible. But my kids know they have a home in Europe when they start flying the coop and that's a big plus for me.

Nice to see you back safe and sound Misi I find it really frustrating using my sons laptop, it's just not the same without a proper mouse. He has got a cordless one, but like a lot of his possessions, they mysteriously go missing. I used to find things under his bed taken apart, (to find out how they work), and then discarded when they weren't put back togetherable.

Morning groove peeps
just have to share this I think it's hilarious given the fight I've had with some
Bureaucrats write memoranda both because they appear to be busy when they are writing and because the memos, once written, immediately become proof that they were busy. - Charles Peters
