Have a day off the kids said to myself and hubby on Saturday. Lovely we thought. It started off with breakfast. Scrambled eggs on burnt toast(not recommended) and a cuppa with enough sugar in it to bake a cake, but we devoured the lot (6yr old princess with the help of big brother was watching ova us with the most angelic looks). Then they started on the washing..not to bad apart from the pink sweater which was white.lol. Then we heard the vacumn go... lasted for about 10mins, hubby says not a bad job there, only to discover sock stuck in vacumn.Phone ordered pizza for late lunch by 15yr old which came to the grand total of $48 and you can guess what we had for dinner!!yep left ova pizza. Awhhh... but you gotta love the little cherubs.hehe

So sweet, lol.
Mine have done the odd breakfast in bed for me when hubby was off at work on Sunday mornings (he doesn't like breakfast in bed). Its been a while, they seem to feel they are too old to do that now lol. (14 and 16) Tea with loads of milk, burnt toast with hardly any butter and loads of honey. Of course the tray was sopping as the tea had spilt. But its the thought that counts!!

It was a beautiful entertaining day sparrow even with the hiccups lol.Yep it was the thought that counted and they tried so hard to get the chores done. I might suggest dads zone next time and send them down into the garage or out in the yard lol.
