I found a graph that showed rising figures at an alarming rate. It showed about 8-900,000 around the year 2000, so probably over a million by now.

Actually that History Lesson was wicked. Imagine dying lonely....even after seven wives... Eight including Anatasia...or something like that. Perhaps he never really got over her and that was reason for him being so horrid, or was it he too was an insane murderer.
