Sally there are people here posting from different time zones and we're not all here all of the time, everyone who joins though is welcome to come in and say hello which is what I'd do in most places I joined, rather than wait to be welcomed. People who are invited by other members are usually welcomed by friends when they arrived so if you're completely new don't feel offended that no-one noticed your arrival immediately. |
