Really hoping that this little girl turns up safe, sound and unharmed:
A five-year-old girl has been abducted by a masked man outside her home in Auckland.
Ma Cina was playing on her bike outside her house in Harrowglen, in Albany, when a man wearing a mask stopped around 12.30pm , grabbed her and put her in his car before speeding off.
Police say Cina's eight-year-old cousin witnessed the abduction.
Detective Senior Sergeant Kim Libby says the girl is of Asian descent.
Police have cordoned off the address and nearby streets while officers carry out door to door inquiries. Airport authorities have also been notified.

I make this statement on behalf of all the family.
This is a happy little girl that we do not want to be damaged with such a young heart.
We just want Xin Xin to be happy living here in New Zealand.
We think New Zealand is a paradise and we want the community to help our child to come back safely.
The family is heart broken that Xin Xin has been taken from us.
We plead with anyone who knows where Xin Xin is?..to tell the New Zealand Police.
She is our loved daughter and niece and we want her home safely.
Xin Xin is only five years old.
She will not understand what is going on.
She will be very frightened and she will want to be with her family.
We just want Xin Xin - our little girl to come home to us? safely.
