My cleaner today mentioned and wanted assistance with she also cleans for a older man who is 80 years of age.
Recently he came out of hospital with a near death experience and since then at night in his home ghosts talk to him from his mirrors he hears and sees them.
He doesn't want them around what can he do?

My dad use to say 'swear at them' because they don't like it. So I'd be incline to tell them to naff off

Are they 'ghosts' of relatives?
Is he near death himself and on medication causing hallucinations?
When my mum was dying she 'saw' dead relations in the room and she talked to them.
I'm not sure, but thought in mums case, it was caused through not enough oxygen
going to her brain, making her see things. A few weeks prior, she called my sisters & I by the names of some of her aunties who had died many years ago .. it was a really weird feeling.

My Nan also experienced visitors/ family members who had passed on when she was very ill, she wasn't afraid of them though and when we sat and chatted she passed on news from various people.
If the old gentleman is afraid of his ghosts, perhaps a simple thing like covering his mirrors at night might help, or him asking his visitors to leave. Or bringing in someone to assist him in doing that.

Seriously it sounds as though the ghost is unwanted, the old fella needs a clearing ceremony, perhaps having his home blessed.

We lived in a haunted house for many years when i was growing up... doors would open unexpectedly,we owuld hear footsteps etc....we used to tal to our ghost..... Welcome him into the house etc....all was good

Thanks folks for all your suggestions. My scrubber [affectionally referred ] is due Tuesday so will pass on comments , appreciated.
Every home should have one ie a scrubber that is rather than a ghost cause you wouldn't get much work done with a ghost!

sometimes it takes a bit of time and persistance and you can always call out to Jehovah fer help!

Sounds like the 'presence' attached itself to this person after
the near death experience. There is much information both
disputing & acknowledging such things.
True - you can tell them where to go, and you don't have to
be polite about it either. But sometimes this just aggravates
or aggrieves them, and they stubbornly refuse to budge.
Best to call in someone to bless and clear the place, the person,
every mirror in the house. Doesn't have to be a 'religious' person
or Tohunga to do this either, a psychic or spiritually aware
person, who knows what they're doing & how to deal to it!

Thanks all you folks for your input. Have some additional information. The main problem he has is when they come around at night they STINK. He says the smell is what the main problem is and that the ghosts are never the same 'ghosts' always different. He sat up in bed and the moved a different direction in the mirror and one put his hand hand like as to shake and it then wasn't there.
Any one know what the significance is with the smell thing when they appear. He says that insence burning doesn't get rid of the smell.

yeah bingbong they leave a musty damp deadwood smell can always tell when theyre around,...
they love flesh and humans seem to be the easy way to go
there's not just one or two or six,..there's quite often legions of them all having their little play
they are bullies they love to be cruel and give people a hard time
beleive it or not,... they have personalities and names as well ,..(.I know I know sheeeesh!!)
the maori call them kehua ,.....the white man ghost,..the bible calls them demons,..
there is one mentioned in the Oxford modern english Dictionary
"incubus" look it up
nuff from me!!

The incubus thing manifests its self very like sleep paralysis something which I have experienced in the past. Not fun, in fact extremely frightening.
I think the old man needs to call in some experts.
