I really enjoyed what Dr. Pita Sharples had to say about the performing of the Haka! the more the better, in celebration, in acknowledgment, and in competition, with high spirit, with passion and with power.

Agree, and it's really interesting when peeps before leaving our shores had nothing to do with things Maori and yet on their OE perform the haka - my take they're all Maori when they're overseas I Love the Haka especially when its performed with passion

I think its cool really that people who travel overseas, then become interested or gain an understanding of things unique to Aotearoa and become proud of that uniqueness, if thats the way it has to happen for some, its a plus?
