What is Christmas Box?
The Christmas Box Project delivers "Christmas in a Box" to people and families in need at Christmas time. It's our goal to deliver a box of quality food to as many people in need so they can produce a meal they can share with others on Christmas day. It is Kiwis helping Kiwis with generosity, everyone giving a little which adds up to helping over 6,000 families this Christmas.
Christmas Box has been running for seven years and have delivered over 11,000 hampers since it has started. It's all made possible by generous people.
How is it Distributed?
Christmas Box is distributed through:
* Anglican Trust Women & Children
* Auckland City Mission
* Women's Refuges
* Preventing Violence in the Home
* Barnados
* Mercy Mission
* Methodist Mission Northern
And many more...
The Auctions?
Trade Me have generously sponsored the Auctions so all money raised will go directly to benefit families in need at Christmas. All items have been donated, there are no administration costs deducted for the money raised.
