OUCH!!! Nearly broke my hand!

Well Saturday, I was getting ready for the ball… I was putting nail varnish on my toes nails. I got the bottle and was shaking it, when the sheath of the lid came away, making the bottle flick on the top of the back of my left hand… a very dark lump showed and as the evening wore on it got bigger and bigger, the back of my whole hand was black and very swollen. The more I drank the less painful it was.

Anyway, I’m unsure if I have chipped a bone but the back of my hand is bruised black, the swelling has gone down apart from a where the bottle impacted, there is a lump there. I cant touch it but I can still type carry things and change gears in the car…albeit a little bit painful.

Even though I'm right handed I do a lot with my left...

Yea I should but I wont... Dr's always make me feel as though I'm wasting their time.

Its not as bad but the lump is quite hard and sore to touch... If it hasnt gone down by the end of the week I'll make an appointment. Here it is though.
