We had neighbors just across the road from our house,..very staunch, they never smiled, never said hello, never never looked at us, even if we passed each other on the street downtown,..
and it was fine, we just accepted who we all were, lived that way for 15 yrs.
Then Diana died,
I arrived home that day from work, and the staunch neighbor was out by her mailbox, as soon as she saw me, made her way over to me, and told me about Diana ,...tears running down her face ,..we talked for ever, together ,..
Amazing girl was Diana ,.. I will never forget her passing, and I tell my grand children that story, so they will know her too,..

She really was the Queen of Hearts Eh...I do remember feeling a loss when she died. I think she laid rest to fairy tales, not all princesses live happily ever after.
