William Curtis, should in my opinion, be doing more time than his sons not only did he torture that poor baby on a number of occasions, he role modeled that behaviour to his own children. 
and look where they ended up. He's ruined a good few many lives and should be made accountable for his actions over time not just those few times made public, over all the time he has modeled that behaviour.
