Good on them for going the full hog, a few farmers down in Southland taking on the big cheese, making their own products, yoghurt, cheese...
Not sure I'd be into the sheep ice-cream though...has anyone tasted sheeps milk?

Small companies come, and small companies go. Once the 'big bad wolf' starts tying up supply contracts and discounting retail product, any local loyalties go out of the window.

I'll be looking for those small company brand names rather support the workers than the thieves.
