John Key & Paris Hilton What is the connection?

I was about to click on to a story re John Keys National Party leader going to Washington and this story about Paris Hilton popped up in stead and it read

" In fairytales, midnight is the witching hour. Elaborate coaches turn back into pumpkins, proud white steeds become mice once more, and princesses revert to their lives as oppressed domestic servants."

and further

"But she had better be prepared to feel the bite of their razor-sharp teeth if this personal transformation does not eventuate, after such a public promise to mend her shallow ways."

I thought well i can see the parallels, what do you think?
