big brushed up hair do's. Remember wearing a skirt with one side bunched up with a band, and then fishnet stockings underneath. ski pants with long sweaters. Had the padded suit jackets too, with a girlie skirt underneath, lol.

For the first half of the 80s it was maternity dresses with and without the obligatory shoulder pads ;D I've never been a big follower of fashion though, I wore what I wanted, not what was dictated by the market. ;D

Adidas trackies, happy shoes, treks, nomads, Indian skirts, ski jackets, Straight legs jeans, snake skin ankle boots (they were cool man!) LoL remember those double wrap around studded belts? My favourite piece of clothing was an old army shirt of my grandfathers which I wore religiously, it confused the boys.

OMG I remember dressing my girls in leg warmers and nomads, which is probably the eldest one has a unique style and the younger one has a more conservative look. And me I don't care what I wear as long as it covers all the bits ;D

leg warmers skin tight jeans and if they werent tight enough we would sew them on to us and peel them off gloves with the fingers cut out. padded shoulders on everything. Hair was either backcombed big or spikey and short, blonde fringe with a flick...ya the 3 styles I had. Rar ra skirts very tight pencil skirts adidas jackets that had to be curled under at the hem, but had to cover half the butt... long batwinged jumpers or cardies I can go on and on....

Didnt really do much in the way of hairstyles, I only left school in .....ummm.........86 I think and I was real boring like that lol.
And legwarmers....mum had a knitting machine as well, so all my friends had them as well!!!

gosh, early 80's i had bleached my hair blonde and had a root perm which i could tease up to look like a lions main lol fish nets denium skirt studded belt i had two looks really a bit punkish or a bit hippish had a few floaty numbers and of course the the chinese slippers! but from 85 i went first to australia then later on to Enland while i was in oz it was just jeans as i had a motorbike, after that i ws travelling so i didn't keep up with fashion just had the basics, however my wardrobe is now bursting, making up for all those years of a deprived wardrobe lol, oh i did have the ballet footless tights, but it wasn't till the 90's that i aquired the leggings, leopard print zebra print tartan print they were compy but did allow the waist to expand a bit lol
