How would i upload images straight from my compy or would i need to load them to photo bucket first then from there to here?

You have to upload them through a image hosting site, tinypic is really fast, compared to photobucket theres also imageshack which I find really good at the moment.

Ive just been there and its asking me to enter and email addy do they actually mean my own email addy?

Sorry for not getting back sooner aquashell, you give them an email addy so that they can validate your account. Yes has to be one you own, as they send you a code to finish off your registration, all the sites I have mentioned here are ligitimate, and used by people all over the world, not sure if you have to register with tinypic.
