During the past week I have aquired a new boarder,..beat up by her mum, kicked out of the family home, she came with a whole heap of baggage, as well as a body full of bruises, all attempts at reconciliation has failed,…….so far I dont want to know that this little girl has nowhere to go, so she is able to stay as long as she needs to, I want her to feel wanted 16 yrs old, an after school job at countdown, parties up large in the weekends,…. hmmm made my disaproval known to my own 16 yr old,… her response??,…. "leave her to it mum at least it gives me a break away from her for a bit" they both attend the same school, so at present I have a "Maria" in my home, she is eventually thinking of flatting with others,….does my responsibility end when she moves out and into the flat?,..Id like to think so,..but but but! Anyway not really looking for any advice on the matter,..I hope Maria is ok somewhere, hope this little girl in my home will be ok, hope my little girl will be ok, who knows what is going to happen next ?

Its a weird case, doesn't seem to be any hint that cops are thinking foul play, seems like shes just taken off. I reckon though as soon as its pointed out in any case that bank cards have not been used since a disappearance - that person is gone for good.

I reckon though as soon as its pointed out in any case that bank cards have not been used since a disappearance - that person is gone for good. She also didn't take some of her "essential" things i.e. her hair straighteners. All the people who knew her said these were her essentials. If she's just taken off, I'm sure she would have included them. It is a strange one and I really do hope she turns up soon. I saw posters of her around the Palms (St Albans/Shirley) area in ChCh today. Her poor family. They most be so worried.

Yes it is - I picked up on the duvet at an earlier TV news report. I have a gut feeling which I didn't have earlier and it's not good. Please for Maria's sake let it be wrong.

I was really sad to hear the news about Maria yesterday, not taking in any news last week. I hate my gut feelings sometimes.
