I think both parents should be charged with neglect and abuse leading to the deaths of their babies, whether that would amount to a murder charge I don't know, but it should be on par. I think its ridiculous the way this case is being played out pitting one parent against the other, they are both guilty of neglecting and abusing those babies which eventually lead to their deaths.

I must say, I am rather surprised to see this thread hasn't taken off :\
My personal view re the Kahui Twins, is that the degenerate excuse for a Mother, played a far bigger part in her babies deaths than the Father.
That is not meant to imply I think Chris Kahui is in any way innocent, but I do not feel that he dealt the fatal blows...
The whole family should be shot >:-(

Agree they are both guilty of neglect, and possibly abuse. At the very least she should be charged with failing to provide the necessities of life.
