After 5 years of dialup,we have finally been able to connect to broadband(rural)and man oh man what an unbelievable difference...... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Ive had broadband for a couple of years now. We are on 20meg one which is the top speed here. Got a deal with the company cos we have phone and tv thru them as well.

we have also been on bb for years, like Bron also tv and phone. I was on dial up for a very short time, went straight on to cable when they had it, perfect because we kept the phone line free. A couple of years ago they came up with phone as well which we also took, because the subscription fees for the equivalent to your telecom was much higher, the phone bill was more subscription than actual calls.

lol.ive got broadband,but its only about 50kb per second,unless im in town,then it goes to 3.5mbps.i prefer no wires at all and having internet access almost anywhere as apposed to speed. ps the 50 odd kbps is still heaps quicker than any fixed wired dailup that ive seen

Had broadband for a while but with kids in the house half through the month and too many downloads its back to dialup for the rest of the month
