Oh Lordy it was freezin here this morning I'm thinking August come early. That freezer pleaser jack was hurting my toes even with socks on. I hope I haven't got chillblains ;(

Wasn't it a fab day afterwards though .. took a while to warm up, but the sun was a joy to see.

 very cold this morning up early to go drowning (pacifica whales- swimming)lol Need to work that stiff knee. Hopefully its gonna be beaut day. One thing about the frost normally means sunny later.

You're keen Koko, swimming even in a heated pool first thing on a winters morning, is very dedicated  Hope it worked on the knee!! Looks like it's going to be a cracker of a day today. |

It was great. The wave pool is heated and normally when the attendants see us coming they crank up the pressure. Sauna and spa is our reward. There's a group of Pasefika women who have matured figures our official name is Pacific Mermaids I call us pacific whales.
The weather here is sunny out but frost this morning.

No weather report from me for yesterday, I didn't notice what it was like .. I didn't go outside at all!!
Had a real lazy day .. I watched 2 movies Chocolat and the one that followed (on Vibe) they often don't have the titles.
Too early at the moment to tell what todays going to bring weatherwise, but it's freezing, so maybe a frost, followed by a nice sunny day?

oooh I love that choclat movie...chocolate and Johnny Depp what more could one ask for!
Anyways I'm hating winter with avengence, also have a wee boy teething so nights have been wakeful. One of my colleagues at work was kind enough to tell me my clothes were on inside out this morning and I realised halfway to work I'd forgotten to put socks on...didn't help my opinion of winter any. It was minus 2 outside ours this morning, I noticed the white out when I'd finally opened my eyes coming to work...ugh!

Oh dear Lux lol (sorry for laughing, but it must have looked funny) quite understandable though.
I think every mum remembers what it was like to have teething babies.
It's turned out nice though, so you may not need the socks anyway.
And I agree about Johnny Depp and the rest of the movie wasn't too bad either ;D

I do miss a good fire. I just got a smelly old electric heater my gas one spat the dummy. Oh here's more money I don't have to buy a new one. lol

I understand they're tough on fires down your way Koko. That must be a pain for those who can't afford high power or gas bills.
It's a very grey miserable looking day here and I've got to go shopping, my fridge and pantry are very depleted. Having a houseful of hungry males and no food is not a good mix! ;D

my backyard is flooded and a huge tree has fallen over opposite our house,... they're only shallow rooted trees so I wasnt surprised to see it down
rained and blew all night ,.. its not cold at all,..... dont have to light the fire
