I know how hard it is, although admittedly, I gave up when I got pregnant! My oldest is now 11 1/2 so add 8 months onto that lol. Its only in probably the last 2-3 years that I havent still smelt the smoke and gone 'mmmmmmmmmmmmm yesssssss'!!

awesome scruffy just remember baby steps , sounds like your doing brilliantly , but if you do fall off the wagon ,the worst thing you can do is beat yourself up over it amazing how much we spend on ciggies isnt it ? will keep an eye on this thread and your progress will be an incentiveb for me to give up too

Its only in probably the last 2-3 years that I havent still smelt the smoke and gone 'mmmmmmmmmmmmm yesssssss'!! I lost that "desire" after about two to three years. I can't stand the smell now and it's great having a house that doesn't smell of stale smoke. I didn't even realise that it did when I was smoking, but going into my (smoker) sisters house, I now realise just how bad it does smell. And Scruffy Good job !!!

Well Still going, though went to a party on Saturday, it was so hard being around smokers, I even went and stood between two to get a sniff, had a fresh patch on stuck nicotine gum in, but it was not enough, had to leave early or I would have had a smoke. still smoke free and getting closer to one month smoke free...
Stats are:

One really useful thing you are doing scruffy, is evident right here in this thread ............ by showing your success, you are giving other smokers an incentive to quit too. That is more than useful, you could be saving their lives
