Its dry!!! Finally, lol. Had a gut full of it yesterday though, it rained right on through into the night! And a wee bit earlier this morning but now (10.30) its dry and should be for the rest of the day.
It had better! As I am going to help son with his folders. Its only his second run and he doesn't know the route very well yet.

To day was another great day. The met office is predicting an early hot summer - could be an Indian summer haven't had one of those since the late 60's or was it the mid 90's anyway they're forecasting hot hot hot yeah

 Well we lit the fire yesterday as winter returned without warning...Son set himself up a cosy posse in the Lounge room to watch DVDs and our poor 'wee' honey stole it...it's a bloody hard life for a cat!

ohhhh dear me... Hope the cat had a lovely sleep. I miss Smokey.... and his bro decided to make new home due to losing his bro. Sad...Two cats of Smokeys live on but they only come for food and leave. The Kingpin made a difference with the mice too. Bugger we have pet mice somewhere in the house too

Wasn't too bad a day yesterday Lux. I only ventured outside in the morning to look for the cats collar with magnet which works his cat door. The little devil has lost it again.  I had to buy a replacement one a few weeks ago and they are not cheap. Anyway the weather today is ....... windy, grey, with a hazy looking sun ..... hope it clears up we have my nieces 21st  tonight. |

It is paradise now still so warm with that light that illuminates the fresh flash of new leaves before they set in the heavy green mmmmmmmmm BUT last night what a windy windy storm so windy that one would wake up multiply and my wolf, wolf buried his nose under his blankets!!
I never need to remind him that there are those less fortunate that live in the pound or the North Island!!!!!!!
