Still chuckling at the hilarious results Koko ;D
Was a beautiful day today Lux, still warm at around 6pm. It was so nice I was sitting on the deck and forgot all about the pot of silverbeet BOILING on the stove ... was left with a black bottom pot to sort out and the charred smell wafting through the house ... lovely!!

Lots of blue sky but also a lot of cloud coming down from the north. There was another frost this morning and it's still cold.

Hello everyone, it's a chilly and windy day today. It feels as though the warmer weather has taken a hiatus. I was on a long holiday and I got particularly used to the gorgeous Canterbury sunny days.

Lol the cold weather worked in your favour then punga ... sounds like you enjoyed your (enforced) evening out ;D yep.its handy to know that there is somewhere nice, close and affordable to stay if my work is gonna take more than 1 day.its only 30 bucks a night and good cheap meals. lol the last time it took more than 1 day to fill my truck,i ended up sleeping in it while parked up the top of a hill.bloody cold and very uncomfortable and limited internet, due to the high voltage power lines nearby,i think.i could tx,but not call or access the net very well...mind you, there is no cell reception at otira whatsoever.free landline though

It was another nice day in the Dell for this fairy. I even managed to pull a few weeds because at the moment I have more weeds than plants in the garden, if you can call it that.

It was a lovely day here too in the Hutt Valley. I didn't do any weeding, but watched hubby doing some I don't like that part of gardening, the feel of dirt on my hands & under my nails is awful and I don't like wearing gloves, so I happily hand that job over. Looks like it's turned to custard for today .. very cloudy and it did rain during the night.

stilll bloody awful over in Opawa... brrr.... trapped inside with brats Tear your hair out material! We got given a whole heap of movie tickets for the kids' birthdays so ... if this weather continues ... they will be going to the movies. Touch wood and so far ... our kids haven't gone stir crazy. I can, however, feel it building!

It's been a yucky day here and so far been yucky all week. What a week with the tsunami and earthquakes eh and what's your opinions on those parents who took their kids to the beaches to see the tsunami?
