Its still pretty dark, but dry (I think!). The clocks have been put back an hour so it should be lighter in the mornings but it doesn't seem to make much difference, lol.

Ya the clocks went back at the weekend so it was an extra hour in bed.
Lighter mornings for the time being! Sun is shining today however it is cooler and is getting colder as the days go by!

lol we were off out of town visiting friends, so the extra hour in bed was only a wee bit extra as we had to leave early (hour and a half drive). And its not all that much lighter in the mornings if you have to be up at 6.30. Pretty dark by 6 p.m. though!!
We had quite nice weather today too, when I manage to peek outside that is!!

Its not hot here, only around 11 C these days. Not bad for the time of year though.
At work we can't even look outside, our department is right in the middle with a corridor on both sides. On the other side of the corridors there are a couple of offices, our typing room for one, that does have a window but I'm not there every day. Hopefully when they build a new hospital they will take all this into consideration!! Its supposed to be built by 2010.

Thats too bad for our farmers here..... most of them dislike the change because of milking...darn daylight savings doesn't change the biological clock for cows ....... I was hoping it would break

Looks as if it's going to be a one today. The sky is blue ish and the sun is just starting to come up over the hill. No clouds visible from where I'm sitting and no wind

I don't really like it myself bossy. You get used to getting up in the light around 6am, then it goes back to being dark at that time. I can sympathise with the farmers and remember years ago, some were so annoyed with daylight saving, they were going to keep their clocks at the normal time. I can't remember hearing if they did do it and if so, I wonder how they got on. Probably wouldn't be too much hassle if you stayed on the farm and remembered tv programs were always an hour out

I think it's been most of the night, everything is wet outside. At the moment it's cloudy & misty around the hills. Not cold though. A good day for shopping. ;D ;D

Its a wee bit wet but not raining, more of a very light drizzle. Yesterday was pretty fine after a misty, grey start. We had our annual rowing competition (8 km) before the boats were lifted out of the water. My daughter's group came in second!! Only about 5 minutes behind the first group. So they did very well!

After a start to the day yesterday, it turned out to be a brilliant afternnoon and fine night for the fireworks display on Wellington harbour. This morning it's at the moment. A bit cloudy, but looks promising for a good day. Here's hoping anyway, got to do some
